Wafer mounter
AE's line of wafer mounting systems includes both manual and automatic models, for accurate and fast mounting of all wafers
up to 300mm. AE wafer mounters produce uniform, air bubble-free results using all standard and UV tapes. In addition to silicon
wafers, other substrates can be mounted, including PZT, Ceramics, GaAs, QFN, Hybrids, PCBs and BGA. The models in our wafer
mounter range cover the capacity requirements of any size dicing facility from research labs to large-scale manufacturing
operations.
